Caring for marriages has to be one of our top priorities. Roughly 20 percent of Catholic marriages are struggling. Less than half are truly thriving. Most parishes simply do not have a clear way to help.
Navigating Us is a four-session marriage communication workshop. Each session lasts two hours. It works for couples who are hurting, couples who are doing well, and everyone in between. It includes scripture, practical tools, some science, and a good amount of humor.

These tools help with everyday conversation and with the harder topics that most couples avoid.
